FTF encourages the development of its staff and that is why we offer continuous training programs so they are able to develop their tasks properly.
In 1989, FTF was pioneer in training and qualifying personnel for the hospitality and oil sector. As a company dedicated to the hospitality business in remote sites for the oil and gas industry, we believe in the importance of constant training of our employees.
In the Contractors Safety Performance Meetings, our customers recognize FTF as the service contractor that provides numerous and highly effective safety trainings to their employees, hence the excellent results obtained in the record of incidents, as well as diverse awards that our customers give us year after year.
Our annual training programs, include daily and monthly instructions intend for a permanent trained staff, which works in different locations. We enforce safety trainings, JSA, induction, risk prevention programs, and other safety tools that guarantee the safety in every location we provide services.
Also, we have a training center equipped with the latest technical equipment. In this center, our staff members attend all the training courses necessary for their workplace, and they can also follow language courses and specific training on company premises. We aim for high motivation and team morale among our employees, hence the importance we give to employee recognition programs and rewards.
FTF actively participates in customers´ prevention programs in all units “STOP Awards”, contributing to the efforts made by them in benefit of the general safety. Our units hold very high safety and training records, which represent a success for our staff and our customers.
