FTF contributes to the economic stability of local communities and committed with our ethical values, we encourage social development and welfare. Among the actions that FTF Catering performs are included:
– Local labor: 90% of our staff are local employees, to whom we provide induction and training in the management of our operational procedures and systems so they can develop their tasks correctly.
– Donations to orphanages and hospitals: Frequently, we donate equipment, food and medicines to help local communities, especially for children. Also, we collaborate with non-governmental organizations (NGO) through we arrange donations of different kind.
– Cooperation programs related with social development: We offer technical and financial support in projects which improve the quality of life of the population; for example working for the development of electricity and potable water grid in certain places where resources are limited.
– The education for the development: We are involved in alphabetization programs for indigenous communities so that they can choose their own destiny.
